A $300 deposit is required.  To be paid up front, or alternatively, at a rate of $100 per month for the first three months.  The above rent is standard for one office.

Monthly Rent Includes:
-  Office Space -  Heating, A/C, and Electrical -  Use of conference room equipped with computer video projector, TV/VCR, and    white board -  Real estate taxes, sewer and trash pickup, snow removal, and landscape    maintenance -  Cleaning/maintenance of shared office areas
